Terms of service

These terms apply when you use atastro.in or buy anything from AT Astro. AT Astro is a brand of AT Labs (brand: AT Astro), a sole proprietorship owned by Adarsh, GSTIN 29DWCPA2194C1ZU, No 49, 3rd Cross, Gnanajyothi Nagar, Chikkabanavara Main Road, Opp. Acharya College, Chikkabanavara Post, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560090, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Delivery policy and Disclaimer.

1. What we sell

  • Reports: personal astrology reports as PDF files, calculated from the birth details you give us and sent by email: Full Kundli, Kundli Milan, 12-Month Forecast, Birthday Forecast (Varshphal), Career & Money, Love & Marriage, Sade Sati, Numerology and Baby Name reports.
  • Daily horoscope: a personal reading sent by email once a day for the plan period you choose (1, 3 or 12 months). It is a one-time payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without a new order from you.
  • Free tools on the website, provided as they are, without any charge.

Everything is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods, and we do not sell gemstones, yantras, pujas or any remedy items.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. If you give us another person's details (a partner, a child, a family member), you confirm that you have their permission or that you are their parent or legal guardian.

3. Prices, payment and invoices

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST at 18%. The price shown on the order page when you place the order is the price you pay. There are no extra or hidden charges.
  • Payment is by UPI to our business account, shown on the order page. We confirm each payment by matching your UPI transaction ID (UTR) with our bank records, usually within a few hours.
  • Once a payment is confirmed we issue a GST tax invoice (SAC 999799) and email it to you. If you are a GST-registered business and need your GSTIN on the invoice, tell us before payment by email.
  • If a payment cannot be matched within 7 days and you have not answered our messages, the order is cancelled and any money we did receive is refunded.

4. Your information must be correct

The report depends on the date, time and place of birth you give. Please check them before paying. If you discover a mistake, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will prepare a corrected report once, free of charge.

5. Delivery

Reports are emailed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and the daily horoscope begins the morning after confirmation. Details are in the Delivery policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund & cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Nature of the service

Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. Our reports describe tendencies and timing as understood in Vedic astrology. They are not a guarantee of any event, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please read the Disclaimer. Decisions you take are your own.

8. Using the report

The report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with family and friends. You may not resell it, publish it as your own, or copy our text, designs, logo or software. All content and designs on atastro.in and in our reports belong to AT Labs.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no false orders, other people's details without permission, automated scraping, attempts to break security, or abusive messages. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these terms, with a refund of any amount paid.

10. Our responsibility

We take care to calculate correctly and to send what you ordered. If something goes wrong because of our mistake we will fix the report or refund you. To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as outages of email, internet, banking or UPI services. If delivery is delayed beyond 48 hours for such a reason you may still ask for a refund.

12. Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer (details on the Grievance page). We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission where you live, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
