Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when you get your money back. It is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Reports

Daily horoscope plans
- Cancel within 7 days of your plan's start date: full refund.
- After 7 days, on a 3-month or 12-month plan: refund for the unused full months, at the 1-month price (₹49) per month already used. For example, cancel a ₹449 12-month plan after 2 months and 10 days: 3 months used × ₹49 = ₹147, refund ₹302.
- 1-month plans after 7 days: no refund, but emails continue until the end of the month.
- If emails stop because of a problem on our side, we extend your plan by the missed days or refund them.
Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of a plan.
How to ask
Email atastro.in@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 74830 65839 (WhatsApp messages only, no calls) with your order ID. Tell us the UPI ID or phone number to refund to if it is different from the one you paid from.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent by UPI to the account you paid from (or one you name) within 7 working days of approval. We email you a GST credit note for the refunded amount. Refunds are always in money, never forced as credit.
Free re-issue
If you want the report in the other language (English or Hindi) because you chose the wrong one, tell us within 7 days and we will send it once free of charge.
