Delivery policy

All AT Astro products are digital and delivered by email. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

Reports

• We confirm your UPI payment by matching your transaction ID with our bank records, usually within a few hours (between 7 am and 11 pm IST).
• Your GST invoice is emailed when the payment is confirmed.
• Your PDF report is emailed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, usually much sooner, to the email address on your order.
• If it has not arrived, please check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders first, then write to us. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours you can ask for a full refund.

Daily horoscope

• The first email arrives the morning after your payment is confirmed. Then one email every morning, usually between 5:45 and 6:30 am IST, for the plan period.
• We email you 3 days before the plan ends, and once more when it ends.
• Rarely, an email may be late because of an email service limit or outage. If you miss emails because of us, we add the days to your plan.

Write to us from the correct address with your order ID, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 74830 65839 (WhatsApp messages only, no calls), and we will resend.
